Join a dynamic Anesthesia Services Team at a state-of-the-art hospital in Muskegon, Michigan. This facility is a designated Level 2 trauma center equipped with 20 operating rooms, 5 heart and vascular rooms, 6 endoscopy rooms, and 2 c-section suites. Our team handles a general and complex range of cases including orthopedic, GI, gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, and cardiothoracic cases all within a professional and friendly environment. Enjoy a flexible schedule with a mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts, and no on-call requirements. Whether you have experience or are a new graduate, we encourage you to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Previous clinical experience in anesthesia preferred; new graduates welcome up to 2025.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified NBCRNA by the time of start - REQUIRED
• Current Michigan License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
