Overview:
A growing urology practice in Schenectady, NY, is seeking a full-time General Urologist to join their expanding team. Led by a highly regarded local urologist, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, high-demand practice serving the Capital Region. Robotics capabilities and a strong referral network make this an attractive role for both new graduates and experienced urologists.

• Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient

• Call Schedule: To be discussed

• Practice Site: Hospital with robotic OR suite equipped with Da Vinci XI systems

• Specialties Supported: Enlarged prostate, prostate/urinary cancers, voiding dysfunction, stones, incontinence, urologic oncology, sexual dysfunction, and more

• Team: Join an experienced urologist and a multidisciplinary support team

• Referrals: Strong internal network from primary care providers

• EMR: Epic

• Salary Range: $450,000 $480,000 base (productivity incentives available after initial term)

• Bonus: Up to $50,000 starting bonus (to be discussed at interview)

• Relocation Allowance: Reimbursement-based, amount varies by distance moved

• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Urology

• Licensed or willing to obtain license in New York

• DEA license or ability to obtain
