Presentation Rehabilitation and Skilled Center, located in Brighton Ma, (BOSTON) is in need of an *FT, 3pm - 11pm License Practical Nurse and/or Registered Nurse Supervisor. *

*Job Description*

Presentation Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is a not for profit skilled nursing home facility. We are newly remodeled, Joint Commission accredited, and highly rated by DPH/CMS. Presentation is a 122-bed SNF, specializing in sub-acute, LT, and A/D care.

We are seeking an experienced 3p - 11p nurse supervisor with strong assessment and customer service skills.

*Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse , RN/LPN Supervisor Qualifications :*
* Holds and maintains current License in accordance with State Regulations.
* 2+ years' Long Term/Geriatric/Rehabilitation education or care experience preferred.
* Acute hospital medical/surgical experience desirable.
* Knowledge of nursing theory and practice including the administration of medications.
* Holds and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with Nursing Standards of Practice.
* Supervisor/Management experience of licensed nursing staff/nursing assistants
* Experience with admissions/assessment process

*Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) Supervisor Specific requirements:*
* Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
* Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients/residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
* Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
* Must be willing to work harmoniously with professionals and non-professional personnel.
* Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult patients/residents.
* Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices

Pay: $49.00 - $54.00 per hour
