Complex Litigation Associate (Palo Alto)

We are seeking candidates for associate positions who are looking to lateral with3 to 5 years broad based experience in civil litigation and/or white collar and related investigations for our Palo Alto office . Clients span a broad range of industries including technology, pharma, biopharma, life sciences, and others. In addition to excellent academic credentials, we are looking for someone with top law firm experience. Candidates must also have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $260,000 – $365,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
