About the Role: We seek a strategic leader with 15+ years in real estate capital markets, especially in data center financing, to partner with the CFO. The role involves structuring equity partnerships, debt financing, and optimizing capital stacks for corporate and project-specific initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transactions including joint ventures, construction loans, and debt financings.
• Advise leadership on capital stack strategies.
• Negotiate term sheets, agreements, and legal documents.
• Build relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Develop strategies supporting growth, M&A, and platform expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams on capital alignment.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions and financings.
• Monitor market trends impacting data center finance.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in real estate capital markets, investment banking, law, or finance, with data center experience.
• Proven success in complex transactions across asset lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, JV structures, and investor expectations.
• Strong financial and legal documentation skills.
• Leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
