Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Experienced CFO with success in increasing company cash flow
• Involvement in buying/selling companies
• Desire to learn how to find high-paying clients
• Passion to manage multiple clients
• Wanting control over their future

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as VP of finance) in privately held US companies
• At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation
• Bonus: Series 7 and/or 79 license
