Our client offers a golf simulator system designed for home use, including a physical golf mat and a smartphone app that uses AI to record and analyze golf swings, simulate ball flight, and provide instant feedback. The system connects to a TV for an immersive golf experience, allowing users to practice or play virtual golf anytime, regardless of weather or location.

Position Overview :

Partner directly with the founder at a fast-growing, well-capitalized startup operating at the intersection of e-commerce, gaming, and AI. Starting with executive support and learning existing operations, you'll quickly expand to operational leadership across strategic initiatives. The company seeks highly talented operations professionals to learn the ins and outs of our fast-growing organization to support leadership efforts. Must have experience managing tech teams, understanding e-commerce, and hiring top talent. Ability to do so efficiently is essential. Top-notch communication skills are required. Expect to work with talented, motivated, intense, and interesting colleagues. Willingness to relocate to Irvine (moving costs covered) is necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

Build a comprehensive understanding of company operations
Coordinate cross-departmental projects
Learn success strategies from the founder
Act as an interface between technical teams and leadership daily
Hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables
Ensure individuals adhere to company policies and culture
Identify and remove blockers to improve efficiency daily
Seek and filter top talent to support company growth
Grow operationally to manage larger initiatives
Maintain humility and assist the founder in departmental details

Qualifications :

Exceptional talent in operations
Experience managing tech teams and understanding e-commerce
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
High business acumen, possibly with background in investment banking or a successful startup
