We are looking for a Tax M&A Director to join our Private Equity team. This leadership role involves providing strategic tax advisory services on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tax structuring, due diligence, and compliance, along with strong relationship management skills.

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or equivalent certification.
10+ years of tax experience, especially in M&A and private equity.
Deep knowledge of U.S. tax laws and partnership taxation.
Proven leadership in tax due diligence and structuring.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

Advanced degree (JD, LLM, MBA, MST).
