Director- Financial Planning and Analysis (Village of Elmsford)

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Director of Financial Reporting to join our senior HR team in Elmsford, NY.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Director of Financial Analysis will be responsible for:

1. All monthly financial reporting (actuals, budget vs. plan, and prior year) to leadership and Calera, including ownership of related systems (Oracle EPM, etc.); also responsible for quarterly reporting to the Board and ad hoc/miscellaneous reporting related to P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
2. Annual operating plan development and establishing monthly reporting processes for forecast results.
3. Active participation in exit readiness projects led by the VP of Data Analytics, including coordinating efforts directly with Calera.
4. Developing more effective, forward-looking reports and analyses of KPIs currently measured throughout the company.
5. Reporting to the VP of FP&A.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related fields.
• PE experience of 2+ years.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.
• Strong mathematical skills and effective project management abilities.
• Ability to create and refine complex operational financial models.
