This role is a key member of a team of talented strategists who work closely with senior leaders across our commercial, product, tech, and functional teams to craft and shape the future of our growing company.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy. Travel is expected 20% to 30% of the time.
How you'll make an impact
While adaptable to organizational needs, the main duties include:
- Providing leadership on various projects impacting our business direction and operational efficiency.
- Quickly structuring and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Partnering across business lines, corporate functions, and product/technology teams to align strategies.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of market trends, competition, risks, and opportunities.
- Developing and evaluating strategic options using tools like financial modeling, scenario planning, and hypothesis testing.
Experience you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing corporate or functional strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Deep financial knowledge, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of multitasking.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution with a strong academic record.
Bonus
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
- Experience at top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
- Experience in B2B payments, especially open-loop systems (Visa, Mastercard).
- Background in Mobility, Health Benefits, or Travel sectors.
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning.
The pay range for this position is $117,000 to $155,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
