The position focuses on four key outcomes:

1. Help grow AI, HPC, and Analytics Solutions revenue across North America.
2. Provide organizational leadership by building and leading a team of Field Solutions Architects.
3. Align and cooperate across teams and build strategic partnerships.
4. Maintain the company culture and embody core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to establish growth plans.
• Build and support a high-performing team.
• Develop messaging and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead regional industry engagement and promote solutions at events.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a pre-sales role, with experience in AI/Analytics/HPC solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across large geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Details

Willingness to travel is required. The annual base salary ranges from $185,000 to $296,000, with potential incentive pay or equity. We offer flexible benefits, wellness resources, and team events.
