Chief Financial Officer
A compassionate and dedicated jobseeker is needed for the Chief Financial Officer opportunity with our company. As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the organization and providing financial leadership in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance.
- Participate in long-range planning and development of new programs and strategies, providing financial input and leadership on all issues affecting the organization.
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends.
- Develop the annual budget and continually improve the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and advise the organization on needed actions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on operational and strategic issues regularly.
- Provide financial information to the Board of Trustees on a monthly/quarterly basis and develop a working relationship with Board members.
- Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for the organization’s Finance Department.
- Offer technical financial advice and knowledge within the organization.
- Optimize bank and investment relationships and initiate strategies to enhance cash position.
- Maintain a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism, including minimum cash thresholds to meet operating needs.
- Act as a financial advisor on contracts entered into by the organization.
What You’ll Bring To Our Team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; master’s and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of healthcare finance experience in hospital, home care, or hospice, and 10-15 years of progressive management/leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Prior CFO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
