- An accomplished and/or high potential Leader in the energy sector
- Demonstrable technical competency, preferably across a broad range of T&D related disciplines & projects. A relevant engineering degree is required.
- Significant experience in leadership roles in Energy Transmission & Distribution, ideally with clear evidence of a highly relevant network of contacts
- High levels of business acumen, commercially astute and client focused with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the power sector.
- An entrepreneurial approach & growth mindset, adept at identifying growth opportunities, securing stakeholder buy-in, creating client value and capturing value for Jacobs.
- Passion for promoting professional development and career growth through mentorship and advocacy. The drive to ensure our team can grow alongside our fast-expanding business and meet our clients' evolving needs.

189,100.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
260,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $189,100.00 to $260,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
