CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) (Salt Lake City)

Must-Haves:

• Behavioral Health leadership experience.
• Inpatient psychiatric leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Prior inpatient behavioral health and psych CEO experience.
• Master's degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field.

The Chief Executive Officer is accountable for implementing and directing all facility operations while coordinating internal and external business development strategies. This position interfaces closely with the medical staff and administration to achieve the hospital's goals and objectives.

Demonstrate a high level of market acumen, build in-market relationships, and actively develop the physician network.

Maintain a high degree of attention to detail, clearly articulate hospital performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit and develop high-performing team leaders.
• Collaborate with medical staff to maintain high-quality service and care.
• Express ideas effectively in individual, public, and group settings.
• Role model competence, enthusiasm, and commitment to quality among hospital staff.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Prior hospital leadership experience required.
• Behavioral health experience is preferred.
