Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operational role within an IT MSP or similar industry.
- Operational Integration: Proven experience in leading operational integration projects and improving operational processes.
- Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and consolidating teams across multiple geographies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost management.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
