Strategy & Corporate Development at Innovaccer

The Innovaccer Strategy & Corporate Development team is responsible for driving Innovaccer's organic and inorganic growth by (i) identifying opportunities to expand our offerings, (ii) activating new product and market opportunities, and (iii) shaping strategic initiatives to accelerate long-term growth. Led by the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, the team collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team to develop strategic priorities, drive inorganic growth, and cultivate partnership opportunities.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Director - M&A and Corporate Development to lead growth initiatives through acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and alliances. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's long-term strategy, executing M&A opportunities, and driving inorganic growth.

A Day in the Life

M&A Leadership & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end M&A process from sourcing to execution.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic acquisition targets.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and negotiations.
• Support due diligence activities across functions to evaluate integration fit.
• Develop integration strategies for seamless post-merger integration and value capture.

Strategy Development & Execution

• Support corporate strategy initiatives and board reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and target companies.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, and joint ventures.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex M&A transactions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and structuring.
