About The Role
Job Profile Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader to join our team as the Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Planning. In this critical role, you will be a key member of the Sales leadership team, driving the growth and optimization of the supply acquisition side of our marketplace. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, optimize sales processes, manage a team, and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do Every Day
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Lead sales strategy initiatives. Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify, evaluate, and implement strategic levers to foster growth. Develop long-term plans, strategic roadmaps, and oversee project management to meet strategic goals.
- Workflow and Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency. Identify pain points, streamline processes, and collaborate with Product and Sales Revenue Technology teams to improve Salesforce and other sales systems.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Maintain sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales productivity. Collaborate with analytics teams to develop relevant reports.
- Planning and P&L Management: Work with executives and departments to develop budgets and forecasts, manage headcount, quotas, and expenses. Monitor performance and ensure alignment of territories and maximize ROI.
- Talent Planning and Support: Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to design compensation, incentive programs, and plan for headcount and quotas aligned with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate strategies with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams. Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop the Sales Strategy and Planning team. Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on growth and continuous learning.
- Executive Support: Assist Sales Leadership in key meetings, including Board presentations and management updates.
What You Bring to the Role
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing teams and driving success
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, FP&A, Business Planning, or Analytics in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Motivated, with a sense of urgency and multitasking ability
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Ability to travel 10%
Preferred Requirements:
- Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, or related; MBA preferred

The expected salary range is $209,400 - $250,000, considering various factors including location, experience, and market conditions. Salary is part of TRR's total rewards, which may include bonuses and incentives.
