We’re looking for a recruiting professional to fill this role. The TA Partner is responsible for proactively executing the full life-cycle recruiting efforts for Holland America Line's and Seabourn's corporate positions, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. They will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving talent acquisition efforts across the company. They will be a talent advisor who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the company. They will build relationships with their Hiring Managers and formulate a recruiting strategy to attract, recruit, and close top candidates. Some of the KPIs for this position are: Time to First Qualified Candidate, Send out to Hire Ratio, Hiring Velocity, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Candidate Satisfaction, Data Integrity, Offer Acceptance Rate, and TA Tech Tool Utilization.

Responsibilities
- Sources, assesses, recruits, and closes top talent.
- Identify and execute recruitment strategies that will attract and source quality candidates by considering the most effective sourcing tools and advertising methods (while maintaining a ROI focus).
- Identify qualified applicants, conduct diagnostic interviews, administer tests, evaluate applicant qualifications, provide detailed candidate write-ups, schedule interviews, conduct hiring manager debrief sessions, and check references. Extend job offers to candidates explaining full job description, terms of assignment, pay rate, and benefits.
- Maintain data integrity in all systems and provide weekly update reports to TA standards.
- Build a proactive pipeline and actively manage these relationships for selected roles to have talent ‘ready’ for future opportunities.
- Maintain close relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners, and respective Hiring Managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition, aligned with department needs.
Requirements
- 5 years of successful recruiting experience.
- Experience working in a high-performing and fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with Excel, including creating pivot tables.
- Ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and managing a recruitment desk.
- Ability to utilize multiple closing techniques.
- Ability to analyze recruitment market data.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and intellectual agility.
- Ability to work across various roles and disciplines.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and operate in a fluid environment.

- Base salary range: $74,100 to $100,000. The final salary depends on qualifications and experience.
