Premium cafe and coffee brand, Bluestone Lane, is seeking energetic and experienced Cafe General Managers for our San Francisco Area.

Australian-inspired, Bluestone Lane is rapidly expanding from the east to the west coast of America and beyond. We aim to make a difference in our locals' daily rituals through attention to detail, quality service, and human connection. Our Cafe Managers are responsible for leading their in-store teams to ensure smooth cafe operations in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, while maintaining the highest quality of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Management experience in a restaurant or quick-service environment; coffee experience is a plus but not required
• Experience in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maximizing profits
• Leadership skills to oversee operations of the Bluestone Lane cafe
• Experience training staff and delivering excellent customer service
• Alignment with Bluestone Lane's culture and core values
• Administrative skills including scheduling, inventory management, and communication
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers

Skills and qualifications include:

• Minimum of three years' supervisory/management experience, preferably in food service
• Ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of kitchen operations
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Food Protection Certificate from the Department of Health
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English
