Location: Hybrid/Onsite

An established and fast-growing M&A-focused organization is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Controller to lead financial consolidations, oversee post-acquisition integration, and support strategic decision-making across the group.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in M&A environments and strong leadership capabilities. You will work directly with executive stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and seamless integration of acquired entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all financial consolidation activities across the business, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage post-acquisition integration of new entities, aligning financial systems, processes, and reporting structures.
Own and maintain the company’s balance sheet, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and internal controls.
Serve as a trusted business partner to internal and external stakeholders, presenting financial data clearly and persuasively.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or in a senior finance leadership role.
Demonstrable expertise in M&A financial consolidations and post-acquisition integration .
Strong command of balance sheet management and financial reporting.
Exceptional communication skills – must be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
CPA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment is highly desirable.
