Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed global partner marketing leader to drive joint strategic planning, thought leadership and demand generation with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners and Business Consulting Partners (BCAP) globally. This is a critical management opportunity to lead a team and play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing the joint marketing strategy with or global partners. In this role, the successful candidate will partner with the AWS partner organization and across marketing functions to build a unified plans that will deliver our joint business objectives globally.
Successful candidates must have prior leadership experience in marketing and business development, working at a top technology vendor or a global system integrator, and must use this understanding to align our customers, partners and AWS business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Lead a senior team globally.
Work directly with senior stakeholders across the AWS Solutions and Partner business
Define and Execute global partner Marketing Strategy in alignment with the field.
Work directly with senior executives in our partners to build marketing strategy and execute joint-marketing plans to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from AWS and partner services.
Manage the team and resources associated to the role.
Responsible for being the voice of our partners through setting goals, strategy, resourcing, roles and responsibilities, reporting and measurement.
Build mechanisms and manage the cadence with the rest of AWS marketing.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social
- Experience leading across multiple locales

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
