Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business development to evaluate technical fit with partners and customers.
• Translate customer and market feedback into R&D priorities.
• Represent the company in scientific, investor, and industry forums.
• Support fundraising and corporate development with scientific insights.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in molecular biology, cell biology, bioengineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of industry experience in biotech, biopharma, or CDMO environments.
• Proven leadership in R&D strategy and scientific team management.
• Experience with IP development and patent portfolio management.
• Familiarity with Quality by Design principles in therapeutic development.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth biotech companies is preferred.
