MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained Neurosurgeon to join our collegial Neurosurgery team. We offer competitive base salary of $1.1 million with 2-yr income guarantee, $100,000 bonus, moving allowance $15,000, CME $5000 and Time off 31 days up to 35 days per year , malpractice with tail coverage, 403(b) and so much more!

Opportunity Details:

1. Case mix includes complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain and busy trauma service
2. Two Clinic Days/3 OR Days
3. No elective cases or clinic while on Trauma Call
4. Dedicated Clinic RN for each Physician
5. Call 1:4 with APP taking 1st call
6. APPs primary assist with daily inpatient rounding
7. On site X-Ray, CT and MRI/ Functional MRI
8. Robust spine center with integrated Pain and PMR
9. EMR: CERNER Moving to EPIC Fall 2025
