Position: Director, PE Business Partner - Corporate Functions
Location: Redwood City, CA (hybrid role, 3 days in-office)

The Role:
The Director, PE Business Partner for Corporate Functions, will drive talent strategy and work with senior leaders in Global Affairs, Corporate Strategy, and Global Finance. This role involves coaching, advising, and partnering with leaders to build leadership capabilities, develop talent, and support organizational goals. You will lead EA-wide PE programs and collaborate across functions to support leadership and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies aligned with company goals.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to develop strategic talent solutions from hiring to career progression.
- Foster consistent HR practices across Corporate Functions.
- Coach leaders on change management and organizational design to enhance employee experience.
- Lead change programs, educate stakeholders, and manage change impact assessments.
- Identify successors and promote talent attraction, retention, and development.
- Support EA culture and employee experience initiatives, including employee relations and recognition programs.
- Assess and improve organizational effectiveness, addressing root causes of issues.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to influence decisions and improve organizational health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field; 10+ years of senior HR strategic experience.
- Experience working with and enabling managers in HR practices.
- Proven success managing large-scale HR programs.
- Expertise in organizational design, change leadership, and talent management.
- Strong change management skills and ability to create clarity and commitment.
- Knowledge of local employment law and global HR practices.
- Ability to foster healthy, transformative, and culturally competitive organizations.
Compensation & Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role in California is $170,500 - $259,300 USD, depending on location and experience. EA offers comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and potential bonuses/equity.
