About The Position Registered Nurse/MS/Tele: Duration:13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: Provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit. Assesses patient condition, administers medications, monitors vital signs, and coordinates with the healthcare team. Educates patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. Maintains accurate records and ensures a safe, healing environment. Job Type: Contract for Night Shift Responsibilities : Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity level. Provide care in East Tower, including General Surgery, Trauma, Vascular, Wound, and Plastics departments. Work 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours. No on-call duty required. Estimated patient ratios: 1 nurse to 4-5 patients. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience. Current BLS certification. Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and intermediate skills.
