City: Flagstaff State: AZ Start Date: 2025-09-01 End Date: 2025-12-01 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 9 Hours Day shift Description: Facility: Flagstaff Medical Center Specialty: Infectious Disease Contract Length: Sept - December Schedule: Full time M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch. No outpatient clinic. Work Details: · Support Staff: nurses for inpatient and OPAT MA · Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week/ month · Patients per day: varies on inpatient census · Patient Population/Age: 59 · Department Description: 2 employed physicians each in 4 days per week. · EMR: Cerner · Hospital Bed size: 269 · Special Procedures: Fecal transplant REQUIRED · Skills Required: Infectious Disease management Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: · Board Certification: required · License Required: AZ or IMLC · DEA: Yes Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $296.40 Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
