Our Amazon DSP team is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Analyst to join Amazon Advertising's growing New York-based team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise customers—programmatic trading desks—and develop their proficiency with Amazon DSP. You will work closely with programmatic traders at agencies and advertisers, as well as internal teams across Amazon, to address customer needs, support product enhancements, and create tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include conducting deep dives into campaign setup and performance, providing optimization advice, troubleshooting, and facilitating customer onboarding.
You will act as a trusted advisor, advocating for the customer internally, providing troubleshooting support, and relaying feedback to inform product development. Your goal is to help customers become proficient users of Amazon DSP, viewing it as their preferred platform for programmatic advertising. Your curiosity and ownership mindset will enable you to understand our offerings thoroughly and communicate them with passion, empathy, and clarity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning relationships with programmatic traders, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Providing onboarding, support plans, training, and best practices to ensure effective product use.
- Analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Amazon DSP and participate in product beta testing.
Basic qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with omni-channel marketing, SEM, or SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or online advertising.
- Technical knowledge of programmatic ad technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning, ad verification, tracking, attribution).
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
