Class Action Senior Associate or Counsel (Labor & Employment)
Duane Morris LLP seeks a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its dynamic and growing Class Action group. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation and a desire to handle cutting-edge class action work. Experience in defending class action lawsuits, such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud, is desired. Superior academic and research and writing credentials are required.

This position is open in our Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Texas (Austin, Dallas, or Houston), or California (LA/San Francisco) offices, with requisite bar admission required. The target annual pay range for this role is $350,000+, with actual pay varying depending on relevant experience, skill set, current business needs, and market factors. The listed compensation range is part of Duane Morris' total compensation package, which may include discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefits.
