Engineering Team Lead

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of our flagship product, Insights.
• Critically contribute to the development of new features and ensure the team's code is well-crafted.
• Help define technology best practices and research future platform iterations.
• Mentor our engineering team.
• Improve the velocity and quality of our engineering processes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience leading or playing a critical role in product development for 5+ years, ideally in startup/SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python or similar leading back-end technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies like React , Material-UI , CSS/HTML/JS.
• Knowledge of design patterns like SOA and microservices is ideal.
• Experience with practices like Scrum/Kanban and TDD is a plus.
• Experience mentoring talented engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience.
