The Opportunity
The leader in this role will define, establish, and lead Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for Booz Allen’s leading edge product innovation. You bring experience and passion for understanding technology product-market fit to create and execute GTM programs across marketing, sales, and ecosystem partnerships. As the functional leader, you will work end-to-end to activate the company’s existing operations internally as well as sales and partnership channels externally. You will define and drive GTM strategy and execution across product marketing, sales, and ecosystem partnerships, ensuring successful market entry, adoption, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities include identifying gaps, facilitating enablement plans, engaging with leadership to assess strengths, capabilities, and market positioning, tailoring GTM strategies to align with business objectives, and developing execution plans to drive revenue. You will translate market opportunities into action by owning product launch planning, enablement programs, and ongoing funnel optimization. Using data to guide decisions, surface insights, and refine GTM strategies will be key to maximizing business impact. Due to the nature of work within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

How You’ll Contribute
- Define and lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new and existing product lines, including segmentation, positioning, launch planning, and execution.
- Drive cross-company alignment across sales, product, marketing, and customer success for consistent messaging and efficiency.
- Build and execute GTM plans supporting pipeline development, accelerating revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Develop customer segmentation, ICPs, and competitive positioning frameworks.
- Collaborate with sectors to influence product roadmaps and ensure market-fit through feedback loops.
- Partner with marketing to craft messaging and enable multi-channel campaigns.
- Identify, build, and manage key technology and channel partnerships.
- Own GTM metrics and reporting, including pipeline growth, funnel conversion, win/loss insights, and partner-influenced revenue.
You Have
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy and execution across technology sales, business development, or product marketing.
- Experience growing B2B technology product sales in late-stage startups, mid-size, or large enterprises.
- Experience working across CxO to product teams and with customers.
- Experience building and managing technology and channel partnerships.
- Data-driven approach to GTM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Business.
