The Company:

Our client are a well-established construction firm within Manhattan's market that focus on high-end, high-rise residential projects. They are a team of experts that hold decades worth of knowledge in their market between them.

The Projects:

Projects are mostly high-end residential projects throughout Manhattan for HNWI’s, mostly apartments and condos, as well as some light commercial interiors work.

The Role:

We are looking for a Superintendent with at least 3 years' experience working as a Superintendent on High-End Residential projects within the New York market.

What's in it for you?

Our client are paying between $150,000 and $225,000 dependent on level of relevant experience for someone to join their team.
