We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead Amazon Music retention initiatives. This individual will lead core subscription and engagement retention activities that will significantly impact Amazon Music's growth. You will collaborate closely with WW Marketers, UX Designers, Legal, Finance, and senior leaders to define new initiatives and customer experiences. You will also drive your engineering team to develop the right customer experiences, conceive and manage retention initiatives, and continuously seek opportunities for product improvements.

This role involves owning and developing a clear product roadmap for customer retention, with a high degree of autonomy to set strategies and execute various initiatives throughout the year. You will also be responsible for managing APIs that support subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, influential across stakeholder groups, and capable of developing long-term, impactful customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making, curiosity, ownership, and experience with A/B testing at scale are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and drive a 3-year strategic vision for Amazon Music retention, grounded in customer data and insights.
2. Monitor KPIs, escalate issues early, and provide data-driven recommendations.
3. Develop and execute the product roadmap for retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.
4. Use data and research to identify opportunities and develop product plans.
5. Partner with teams across Amazon to innovate and improve customer retention.
6. Enhance customer experience and retention through marketing and retention technology.
7. Develop customer insights and stay updated on market trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in engineering discussions related to technology decisions and strategy
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs
• Ownership of roadmap strategy and definition
