What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic direction of core products like Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card, and Pay.
• Develop expertise in areas such as Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, and Crypto Payments.
• Optimize pricing strategies using data-driven insights and Excel modeling.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategies.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning to reporting.
• Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
• Analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance revenue and engagement.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Project business results and participate in strategic discussions with management.

Overall responsibilities include designing successful features, aligning business priorities, and generating market insights.

What We Look For

• Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to analysis.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, such as management consulting or investment banking.
• Ability to quickly learn and translate new knowledge into actionable insights.
• Proactive mindset with strong modeling skills (plus).
