About the Role
Hiring a Project Manager (PM) to oversee and drive success on multiple heavy civil construction projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for project planning, execution, and financial management—ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients while upholding Redpoint’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of multiple projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and third-party partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and inspectors
- Track project progress and proactively resolve schedule or budget risks
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Review/manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
- Ensure safety compliance and jobsite quality control
- Collaborate with field superintendents to support daily operations
- Track and report project financials, including forecasting and billing
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing civil construction projects (wet utilities or grading preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction plans, specs, and contracts
- Familiarity with Arizona construction standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
