Executive Assistant

An exciting and highly respected hedge fund is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its dynamic founder. This role requires sharp judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-moving schedule with precision and discretion.

Responsibilities include complex calendaring, meeting prep and logistics, coordinating domestic and international travel, managing expense reports, organizing events and conferences, and handling high-level internal and external communications. You’ll also take on special projects as needed in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, 2–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, exceptional communication and writing skills, and a background in finance is a strong plus.

Location : Mid-Peninsula

Compensation : $130–150K + bonus, excellent benefits and perks
