Vaco is hiring for a Customer Operations Specialist
Location: Oakland Park, FL
Compensation: $20-$25/hour
Full-time position: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hybrid work schedule: 2 remote days per week after training is completed

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data/order Entry Specialist to support our Internal Customer Specialist team. This role is heavily focused on data entry and digital processing of customer orders, product service requests, and returns. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders received via email
- Process product service requests and digital records updates
- Initiate and manage credits and debits as needed
- Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issues:
- Receive customer issues via email
- Create returns and process them in the system
- (i)Manage digital records and maintain up-to-date customer information
- Work through high-volume email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or product-related issues
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Typing speed of 75-100 WPM (testing may be required)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Solid work history demonstrating reliability and accuracy
- Experience working with part numbers, codes, or detailed inventory data is a plus (e.g. hospital billing or inventory roles)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fully digital/email-based environment (no phone calls required)
