Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Flexible 4 8 Shifts/Month Outpatient Setting No Call Locum-to-Perm Track

The facility is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified CRNA for a locum-to-permanent opportunity focused on cosmetic surgery cases . Work in a well-supported outpatient setting with no call responsibilities and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

• Shifts per Month: 4 8 (based on availability)

• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Surgery Days: Wednesdays & Thursdays (flexible)

• Call: None

• Start Date: Pending complete MSO credentialing

• Primary Duties: Provide anesthesia for outpatient cosmetic surgery cases

• Common Procedures:

  • Breast augmentation/reduction

  • Tummy tucks (abdominoplasty)

  • Facelifts, eyelid surgeries (blepharoplasty), and more

• Daily Volume: 1 3 cases/day, depending on procedure length

• Environment:

  • 1 OR and 1 procedure room

  • Support from 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP, and 1 Surgical Tech

  • No supervision of APPs required

• EMR: Cerner

• Board Certified CRNA Required

• Active Iowa License or IMLC Required

• Experience in outpatient or cosmetic anesthesia cases Required

• Clean malpractice history preferred
