Position Summary
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will serve as the architect of Flournoy Health Systems' strategic expansion and revenue acceleration. This leader is accountable for designing and executing scalable, data-driven growth strategies that unify marketing, sales, partnerships, and product development. As a cross-functional collaborator, the CGO ensures FHS’s portfolio companies are aligned around a singular vision to improve patient outcomes while maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities Strategic Growth Leadership
- Develop and implement a multi-year growth roadmap aligned with FHS’s mission and expansion goals.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across new markets, service lines, and partnerships.
- Support value-based care and payer-partner strategies for long-term scalability and reimbursement optimization.
- Analyze market dynamics, demographic trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor positioning.
- Build market expansion models for home care, pediatric nursing, hospice, ABA, and other services.
- Deliver clear insights into patient demand, payer trends, and referral behaviors.
- Lead strategy for new customer acquisition and lifetime value maximization.
- Design loyalty and engagement programs across FHS brands.
- Partner with operations to improve service delivery and patient experience.
- Identify and incubate new service lines
- Lead cross-functional innovation pilots, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.
- Oversee service launch plans from market validation through execution.
- Ensure CRM systems, pipelines, and campaigns are aligned with corporate objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and increase conversion across all digital and traditional channels.
- Develop unified go-to-market strategies that increase visibility and patient acquisition.
- Build performance dashboards and growth scorecards.
- Leverage analytics to guide investment priorities and measure ROI.
- Use segmentation, forecasting, and KPIs to refine marketing and operational strategies.
- Lead a distributed team, including offshore (BPO) partners, to execute growth initiatives.
- Align clinical, operations, marketing, and finance around shared metrics and accountability.
- Build and maintain a culture of transparency, collaboration, and high performance.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, technology, or growth-centric roles
- Track record of leading $100M+ organizations through scale and transformation
- Expertise in value-based care, CRM systems, digital marketing, and referral network development
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams, including global BPOs
