HockeyStack is the Command Center for B2B revenue teams. It integrates with your CRM, marketing automation tools, ad platforms, and data warehouse to show the ideal customer journey. HockeyStack customers use this data to measure channel performance, launch cost-efficient campaigns, and prioritize the right accounts.

Key Responsibilities
We have a very technical team of builders and our CTO likes coding. We need someone to handle the people and processes as the team grows beyond 15 engineers. This involves a significant part of the job, including:

• Hiring talented engineers and attracting top talent
• Managing 1:1s and motivating the team
• Owning engineering output and increasing efficiency
• Tracking progress on engineering initiatives
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the codebase when necessary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work from our office in downtown San Francisco
• Experience in building teams from scratch
• Startup experience, either as a founder or early employee at a reputable company
• Recent involvement with coding, even if not coding daily
• At least 2 years managing people or as Head+ level
• Typically 7-8 years of experience in engineering organizations
