The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious and high-character operator who wants to be part of building something from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, perhaps just out of college, who ultimately wants to found their own company and is looking for a proving ground.

You'll work directly with experienced co-founders across a wide variety of operational tasks, from finding office space and organizing international travel, to supporting critical commercial, hiring, and fundraising efforts.

This is a rare opportunity to get inside a company at day zero and play a central role in shaping how it functions, while learning what it takes to build a world-changing technology business from first principles.

You might be fresh out of college (or on the younger side of your career), but you have the maturity and judgment to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high trust and high expectations. You care deeply about character, quality, and working with people who hold themselves to the same standard.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a wide range of day-to-day operational tasks, from booking international travel to coordinating meetings, events, and logistics
• Lead the search for office space and oversee basic setup and operations
• Support high-priority commercial efforts, including helping prepare materials for customers and partners
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and company culture efforts as we scale the team
• Jump into anything needed - no task is too small, and no opportunity to learn is too big
• Work directly with the co-founders on strategic projects with room for increasing responsibility over time

Qualifications

• Strong track record of initiative, follow-through, and responsibility – whether in academics, internships, personal projects, or side hustles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• High integrity, low ego, and a deep sense of personal responsibility
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out on the fly
• A deep hunger to learn and grow – and ideally, to someday start your own company
