Employment (Litigation) Attorney

A leading national law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join their thriving Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco, CA . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team handling high-stakes employment matters.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in employment litigation, particularly class action and PAGA cases. Responsibilities include:

• Defending wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims
• Drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery
• Drafting and arguing motions in court
• Conducting depositions and preparing for trial
• Advising employers on federal and California employment laws

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in California
• Strong writing and research skills
• Experience handling employment-related litigation
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
