City: Flagstaff State: AZ Start Date: 2025-07-06 End Date: 2025-07-13 Duration: 1 Weeks Shift: 0 Hours Day shift Description: AZ residing only Facility: Flagstaff Medical Center Specialty: PICU NP Start Date: 7/6/25 Contract Length: July and August Shift Details: 24 hour shifts Schedule: 6-Jul 12-Jul 14-Jul 16-Jul 18-Jul 20-Jul 22-Jul 24-Jul 25-Jul 26-Jul 27-Jul 29-Jul 31-Jul 5-Aug 7-Aug 9-Aug 12-Aug 15-Aug 17-Aug 19-Aug 22-Aug 24-Aug 28-Aug 30-Aug 7a-7a shifts Call requirements: NA Work Details: • Support staff: • Amount of coverage needed per month: 2-3 shifts per week • Patients per day: 7-15 • Patient population/age: 0-18 yrs picu and pediatrics • Department description: Ped and PICU • EMR: Cerner • Skills required: perform intubations central lines art lines and LPs. We are an adult level one trauma center for the state and therefore get a lot of pediatric traumas some of which include neurosurgery patients. No ecmo crrt or transplant. Practice Setting: • Inpatient • Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: Peds NP • License required: AZ required • DEA: Yes • CSR: PALS BLS • Certifications required: Acute Care • Minimum experience required: 1 year of PICU Shift Info: Day 5x12-Hour 07:00 - 07:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $148.20 Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
