Description

As an UGG Sales Lead with Keys, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all questions are answered before they leave. You provide exceptional service, communicate our return policy effectively, and maintain a positive attitude. You are available to assist in-store and over the phone, operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are well-stocked and merchandised according to Visual Merchandising standards. You maintain a clean back-stock and employee break area, practice safety, respond to theft appropriately, and promote a positive work environment by recognizing team members' performance.
