A progressive and nationally respected architecture firm is seeking a seasoned Associate Principal to help lead their Healthcare Studio in New York. This is a key strategic role for someone looking to expand their leadership influence, build market presence, and drive the evolution of healthcare design in one of the firm’s most important regions.

The Role: As an Associate Principal, you’ll take on a high-profile leadership position with oversight of major healthcare projects, client development, and team growth. You’ll partner with other senior leaders to position the firm for continued success in the New York market, while collaborating with national experts across offices to ensure best-in-class outcomes.

- 12+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong foundation in healthcare design and delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams from concept through construction.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in New York and surrounding regions.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles, pursuits, and thought leadership.
- Licensed Architect ideal; AIA, LEED, and EDAC preferred.
